Our retained staff have many years of experience in dealing with Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance and we pride ourselves in providing a friendly, professional and reliable service. Where required, we also have access to a number of specialist contractors who work alongside us (eg Qualified Electricans, Plumbers, Gas Heating Engineers & Kitchen designers), each known to us and qualified in their respective fields.

When you instruct CPMS to carry out works you deal directly with us and we manage with any additional ‘trades’ that may be required to complete your project.

We manage all aspects of property maintenance including Project Management, Building Works, Painting & Decorating, Kitchen/Bathroom/ Wet Room installations as well as property extensions and conversions. Full planning services can be provided via our retained Architects where necessary.

We undertake work for a variety of private clients, Landlord & Tenants and various professional Managing Agents, Surveyors & Insurance companies. CPMS are fully insured, and make sure works are carried out in full compliance of current regulations.
